Matt Alpass is a Melbourne-based Designer/Design Director focused on developing clear, distinctive brand & campaign identities and solutions.

Believing design is both strategic and craft-driven, Matt blends thoughtful, idea-led thinking with bold creative execution through a collaborative and goal-focused approach – delivering work that is visually impactful and commercially effective.

Having previously led design departments across various agencies and studios, Matt now works independently – partnering with clients and agencies across Australia and abroad. His work has been recognised by D&AD, Cannes Lions, Clio Awards, and AGDA, and featured in Creative Review Annual and Most Contagious.

Matt has also recently served on judging panels for the AWARD Awards, One Asia Creative Awards, and Next Creative Leaders.
